What is the Shipping & return policy?
📦 Shipping: All orders will aim to be shipped out by the next working day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
🌍 International Orders: Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs office.
↩Returns: We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return your item, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the hijab must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 14-day period. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For any issues or to start a return, please fill out the contact form.
